Fenced-in backyard for pets - Dogs must be supervised and picked up after. Do not leave your pet outside alone, we are in the wild and there are Coyotes, Bears, Mountain Lions, and other wildlife.

CABIN GUIDELINES
• No Over Occupancy
• No parties or events allowed
• No Street Parking
• No indoor smoking
• No outdoor fires
• No outdoor amplified music/sound at all times
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM, please respect this rule for our neighbors
• Trash: If a bag becomes full, drop it into the black trash bin outside
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: Arrive anytime after 4 pm

Front Door Access: The door has a digital keypad code for unlocking/locking. The four-digit code will be shared 48-hours before check in.

TV Access: Both TVs are Smart Amazon Fire TVs. You must log in to an Amazon account to access streaming apps (Amazon, Netflix, & more).

If a previous guest forgot to log out, here's how to log out of Account on TV: Go to “TV Settings” (far right) > “Account & Profile Settings” > “Amazon Account” > “Deregister”

Check-out: Leave anytime before 11:00 am (front door access code will be automatically deactivated after 11:00 am)

Gather used towels - place them on the bathroom floor.

Trash disposal - Use the two provided trash bags for trash and place them in the black bin on the property. Optional to recycle cardboard and cans in the blue recycling bin (no extra bags provided).

Wash used dishes - All dishes, utensils, and cookware used must be washed and placed in the drying station. If the sink is found to be full of dirty dishes upon checkout, a cleaning fee of $20 will be charged to the credit card to cover the additional cleaning required.

Cover the gas grill - if used.

Log out of Account on TV - Go to “TV Settings” (far right) > “Account & Profile Settings” > “Amazon Account” > “Deregister”

Turn off all lights and AC/Heating.

Lock the cabin.
